It's fun to search on your own but as a Realtor Member of the MLS (multiple-listing-service) I have access to EVERY property listed for sale the MOMENT ITS LISTED and I can set up a search as detailed as you like and have ALL properties that meet your criteria automatically sent to you. Then as new listings that meet your criteria come on the market those new listings will be immediately emailed to you.... you are even notified when price has been reduced.
This is the best way to stay up to date on available homes..... almost the same as having your own MLS access. Whenever you have a question on a property just send me an email and I answer your questions. Whenever you find homes you want to preview in person just let me know and I will make all the arrangements.
