Savannah, Georgia's beautiful Wilmington Island and Whitemarsh Island area have some really great condos in every price range.
Whether for a full time residence, vacation home or investment, you'll find it on the islands. Most offer amenities like pool and tennis and some upscale condos offer everything from a resort style pool and spa, fitness center, business center, outdoor kitchen and more.
Just about a 10 minute drive to Savannah's beach (Tybee Island) and about 10 minutes to the downtown Savannah Historic District the location is great but you never have to even leave the Islands for shopping, restaurants, boating or golf.
Whether you prefer a quiet condominium environment or more of a resort style setting, you'll find it on the islands. There are still units available under 100k and lots of two and three bedroom condos in the 150k to 200k price range.
